I have Cisco HCS Contract for UCCX. Will you be able to support our organization?

Short answer is yes. However it depends on what kind of contract you have with your current service provider. If you have admin and OS access to Cisco UC applications we can certainly support you. If you do not have admin access we will have to co-ordinate with your existing provider.
